FOREST CITY - Bradley D. Lackore, age 58 of Forest City, died Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at his home in Forest City.
Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, October 15, 2010 at the United Methodist Church in Forest City with Pastor Jerald Swanberg officiating.
Inurnment will be at Madison Township Cemetery in rural Forest City.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Thursday, October 14th at Petersen Lund Funeral Home 505 N Clark St Forest City.

Bradley Dean Lackore was born in Forest City, Iowa on August 3, 1952, the son of Duane and Alice (Ulve) Lackore. He was baptized and confirmed at the United Methodist Church in Forest City. He received his education in Forest City and graduated from Forest City High School in 1970.
He was united in marriage to Kathleen Josten on November 24, 1973 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Garner. The couple lived for a brief time in Forest City before making Garner their home.
Brad began working for Winnebago Industries after graduation from high school. Over the years he delivered many motor homes and worked in the plastics department. He enjoyed working with his hands, tinkering with engines and equipment and fishing. He loved cruising with his nephew Wayne Chute.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and his cat, Max, was a close companion.
Brad is survived by his three children and their spouses: Jason (Kelly) Lackore, Kelly (Cory) Hagensick and Kristi (Gary) Smith;, all of Garner: seven grandchildren; Kaiden & Avery Lackore, Kaytlyn & Colby Hagensick, Taylor Lackore and Evan & Payge Smith. Also surviving is his father, Duane Lackore of Forest City, brothers Brian (Val) Lackore and Kevin (June) Lackore of Forest City, sister Deb (Gene) Swanson of Forest City and several nieces and nephews.
Brad was preceded in death by his mother Alice in 2007.
