FOREST CITY - Kenneth Katz, age 73 of Forest City, died Monday, October 31, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Care Center in Forest City.

As per his wishes, his body has been cremated. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at Petersen Lund Funeral Home 505 N Clark Street in Forest City followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.

Inurnment will be at North Prairie Lutheran Church Cemetery in rural Scarville.
