Born and raised in Phillipsburg, NJ. Ricky was the jack of all trades and helped anyone who needed a hand. He was the boyfriend of Cheri Blumenthal and father to Ricky Jr (Brandy) Winger, Christina Serra, John Winger, and Anna (Clint) Quick. He was grandfather to seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Loving brother to Deborah Quick and Charlotte Glor and the late Henry Winger and late Carla Ehrie.
