Rita E. Blaze

FOREST CITY - Rita E. Blaze, age 45, died at her home in Forest City on Sunday, November 17, 2013.

As per her wishes, her body has been cremated and there will be no visitation.

Memorial services will be held at 1:30 PM, Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Calvary Baptist Church in Forest City, with Pastor Doug Farrell officiating.
