Rowan Dean Woody

Rowan Dean Woody, infant son of James”Rion” Woody and Megan Oetken, was born into the arms of angels Saturday, September 26, 2020 at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.

A private family graveside service will be held at Concord Township Cemetery in Garner. Cataldo Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Tammi Oetken of Sarasota, FL; paternal grandmother, Cassandra Jamieson of Garner; three aunts, Katie Oetken, Laurel Woody and Marleyna Woody; and great grandparents, Janet Fredin, Judy Latch, Merlin Oetken and Ed and Deb Simon.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Dean Oetken; and great grandmother, Janice Oetken.
